Stephen Feinstein

Stephen Feinstein serves as a preaching pastor at Sovereign Way Christian Church in Hesperia, California, a church he planted in 2010. He authored the book We Destroy Arguments in 2015, a book semi-popular among Presuppositional apologists. Stephen also serves as a NAMB chaplain in the United States Army Reserves, holding the rank of lieutenant colonel. Additionally, he is certified by the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors as a level two biblical counselor. He has a heart for expositional preaching and has translated and exposited 1 Corinthians, 1 Peter, Revelation, Romans, and Daniel in their entirety. Additionally, he has taught the following courses at various churches and institutions: Systematic Theology, Church History, Apologetics, Homiletics, and Biblical Counseling.

Stephen’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from California State University of San Bernardino; Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from California State University of San Bernardino; Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Liberty University; Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; Master of Theology from Gateway Seminary. He also is a graduate from the United States Army Command and General Staff College, where he completed Intermediate Level Education/ Advanced Operations Warfighting Course. Prior to full time ministry, he taught Modern European History, Modern World History, American History, and American Government for fifteen years in the public education system.
