Damaris Scrima holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Theology from California Baptist University. She is currently pursuing a master’s in Theological Studies with a concentration in Biblical Studies at Gateway Seminary. Her academic interest is the theological and cultural significance of circumcision within the biblical text, particularly as it relates to covenant identity in both the Old and New Testament. Damarisserves as a youth leader at Fellowship Church in Beaumont, CA, alongside her husband, Chris. Before that, she spent six years teaching youth at Iglesia de Cristo del Nuevo Pacto in Riverside, CA, where her father is the lead pastor.
